AENEAS - Demi-god. Son of Anchises King of Dardania ( region north of Troy) and Aphrodite. Strong warrior who fights bravely on many occasions. He is rescued by a god each time he is wounded. He is destined to become the leader of the refuge trojans after the battle, and to found Rome.
